摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser light source having a narrow spectrum line width that is less susceptible to mechanical vibration or temperature variation, ensures a good manufacturing yield, and can be made compact.SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser 102 and a ring-shaped semiconductor waveguide 103 connected across the semiconductor laser are formed on a semiconductor substrate, so that the output light from both ends of the laser is fed back to the laser while going around the ring-shaped semiconductor waveguide reversely from each other. The output light that has gone around the ring-shaped semiconductor waveguide 103 is coupled with a light output waveguide 104 by an optical multiplexer 105, and emitted from an integrated semiconductor light source 100 as oscillation light. In order to prevent unstable operation due to reflection of the oscillation light, an antireflection film 106 is formed at both ends of the light output waveguide, and the integrated semiconductor light source.
