PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out respective loads of a plurality of utilization units without preparing a flow meter.SOLUTION: Chiller units 20a to 20c respectively heat or cool water to be a heat medium. A plurality of utilization units 30a to 30c are connected in parallel with each other and respectively include utilization side heat exchangers 33a to 33c, blower fans 36a to 36c and utilization side valves 32a to 32c. A heat medium circuit 40 includes secondary side pumps 46, 47 and circulates water among the chiller units 20a to 20c and the respective utilization units 30a to 30c. A flow rate grasp part 82a grasps a flow rate Q of water circulated in the heat medium circuit 40. An individual flow rate calculation part 82b calculates flow rates of water flowing in the respective utilization units 30a to 30c as individual flow rates Qa to Qc based on opening information of the respective utilization side valves 32a to 32c and grasp results of the flow rate grasp part 82a. A load calculation part 82c finds out loads of the respective utilization units 30a to 30c by using the individual flow rates Qa to Qc. |
