Compounds as EWS-FLI1 protein inhibitors are provided for use in treatment of Ewing's sarcoma family tumours. A compound having a formula: wherein R1 is selected from the goup consisting of hydrogen, one amino acid, two amino acids linked together and three amino acids linked together, R3, is selected from the group consisting of halogen, C1-6 alkoxy, ¨C(=O)NH2, ¨NO2, and ¨OH; R6 is C1-6 dialkyl amine; R7 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and C1-6 alkyl; R8 is C1-6 alkyl; R4, R5, R9, R11, R12, and R14 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, ¨C(=O)NH2, ¨NO2, ¨NH2, and ¨ OH; R9, is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, C1-6 alkyl, ¨C(=O)NH2, ¨NO2, ¨NH2, and ¨OH; R10 is halogen; R13, is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, C1-6 alkoxy, ¨C(=O)NH2, ¨NO2, ¨NH2, and ¨OH; and n is an integer from 0 to 4; with the proviso that R3 is not chlorine or fluorine when R1, R4, R5, R11, and R12 are hydrogen and R10 and R13 are chlorine. |
