The present invention makes it possible to perform communication appropriately even when CA is carried out including a CC to which a resource allocation method not stipulated in an existing system has been applied. This user terminal, which performs communication with a first cell in which the uplink (UL)/downlink (DL) time interval is dynamically switched and a second cell in which switching takes place between uplink/downlink at an arbitrary time interval, is equipped with a transmission unit that transmits an uplink signal, a reception unit that receives a downlink signal, and a control unit that controls communication in the transmission unit and the reception unit, wherein said control unit performs control such that uplink communication is not performed during a time interval in the second cell corresponding to the downlink time interval in the first cell, and performs control such that downlink communication is not performed during a time interval in the second cell corresponding to the uplink time interval in the first cell. |
