PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve boiler efficiency of a boiler by reducing an unburned combustible content of a fuel.SOLUTION: A boiler includes: a furnace 11 having a hollow shape and installed along a vertical direction; first combustion burners 21, 22, 24, and 25 each of which can form a first flame swirl flow by blowing a first fuel gas into the furnace 11; and a second burner 23 that can form a second flame swirl flow smaller in diameter than the first flame swirl flow by blowing a second fuel gas, in which pulverized biomass and combustion air are mixed, into the furnace 11. |
