摘要 The invention relates to a method for service troubleshooting in a network (4, 5, 6) and to a system for performing the same. In addition the invention relates to a computer program product. For the troubleshooting a terminal (100) that is capable of connecting to a home network (1 ) and to at least another network comprises troubleshooting software. Service-related parameters are delivered from a server (120) to the terminal (100) and to the troubleshooting software, whereby the troubleshooting software is executed with the service-related parameters in order to emulate said service in the network (4, 5, 6). The invention also relates to a method for troubleshooting in a customer service, the server receiving a result of the troubleshooting from the terminal, and to a system for troubleshooting, the server being capable of delivering the service-related parameters to the terminal.
