Provided is a styrene resin composition which contains a polystyrene resin (A), a polyphenylene ether resin (B) and a foaming agent (C), and which is characterized in that: the polystyrene resin (A) is a hyperbranched resin that has a structure derived from a styrene monomer (a2) and a structure derived from a methacrylic acid (a3); (1) the polystyrene resin (A) has a weight average molecular weight of 200,000-700,000 as determined by a GPC-MALS method; and (2) the slope in the molecular weight range of 250,000-10,000,000 in a double logarithmic chart taking the molecular weight determined by a GPC-MALS method as abscissas and the radius of inertia as ordinate is 0.30-0.45. This styrene resin composition enables the adequate achievement of a foam sheet which has moldability, heat resistance, oil resistance and strength in a balanced manner, while having good productivity. Also provided are: a foam sheet which uses this styrene resin composition; and a molded body. |
