An ALA-gel vehicle for favoring an absorption and conveying of an active principle for a topic use in particular in a photodynamic therapy with delta-aminolevulinic acid in dermatologic applications, said vehicle comprising a clear aqueous solution jelling at a temperature from 20 to 37°C, preferably from 25 to 27°C, of the following components: poloxamer 407 (Lutrol 127) as a vehicle-gel either per se or in a mixture with one or more of the poloxamers having the following structural formula:
said vehicle comprising moreover potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate as preserving agents, 5-amminolevunic chloridrate as a precursor agent for providing a target photodynamic reaction, and purified water.
