PURPOSE: A double injection mold for reducing undercut of products of double injection molding and a molded product extracting method applied to the same are provided to improve the quality of injection molded products by easily extracting the injection molded products having undercut without damage. CONSTITUTION: A double injection mold for reducing undercut of products (M) of double injection molding comprises a fixed plate (1), an upper mold (2), a lower mold (3), and an operating plate (4). In a process in which the upper and lower molds are separated for extracting the injection molded products, vertical cores (5a,5b) are vertically lifted and inclined cores (7a,7b) are slantly lifted by being consecutively connected so that undercut (U) of the injection molded product is not interfered from the upper and lower molds and the injection molded product is extracted without damage. |
