PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging device that can detect and eliminate a package more or less in quantity, while suppressing incorrect detection (false elimination), and to provide a packaging program for controlling the packaging device.SOLUTION: A packaging device includes: a granule supply unit 2 for supplying a plurality of granules; a packaging unit 3 wrapping the granules, and forming a plurality of packages; a conveyance unit 4 for conveying each package; a weight detection unit 51 for detecting a weight of each package; a weight difference deriving unit for finding a weight difference between a weight of a preceding package and a weight of a following package while a conveyance sequence continues; and an elimination unit 6 for eliminating the preceding package and the following package from a conveyance path, when the weight difference exceeds the weight difference associated with the quantity difference of granules of two or more. |
