摘要 Disclosed is an organic light emitting device, (OLED) comprising a substrate on which a driving transistor is formed, a bank formed on the substrate providing a boundary for a pixel region, a first electrode formed on the substrate and electrically connected with the driving transistor, the first electrode comprising a first and second cross sectional area both oriented in a direction perpendicular to a vertical direction of the substrate, the first area adjacent to the bank, the second area surrounded by the first area, an organic layer formed on the first electrode within the boundary provided by the bank, and a second electrode formed on the organic layer, wherein during operation of the OLED a first electric field between the first area of the first electrode and the second electrode is greater than a second electric field between the second area of the first electrode and the second electrode.
