The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for oral administration and a method for preparing same, the pharmaceutical composition essentially comprising: (a) 4-40 wt% of taxane; (b) 10-40 wt% of polyoxyl glyceryl fatty acid ester; (c) 30-70 wt% of oleyl glycerol complex containing 30-70 wt% or 30-65 wt% of monooleyl glycerol, 15-50 wt% of dioleyl glycerol, and 2-20 wt% of trioleyl glycerol; and (d) 5-30 wt% of surfactant.
