Disclosed are a feedback transmission method and device. The method comprises: determining, by a base station, feedback information corresponding to uplink transmission of a terminal and a resource carrying the feedback information, wherein the feedback information and/or the resource carrying the feedback information are determined by the base station at least according to identification information of the terminal; and transmitting, by the base station, the feedback information to the terminal via the resource carrying the feedback information. The technical solution enables a base station to accurately transmit a feedback message to a correct terminal when different terminals perform cyclic shifts using the same resource and the same pilot frequency, thereby ensuring that the terminal obtains the correct feedback information when using contention-based uplink data transmission. |
