A positive pressure needle-free injection cap (100), comprising a cap body (1) and an elastic sealing component (2), the cap body (1) being provided with a limiting portion (122) and a needleless injection interface portion (111), the needleless injection interface portion (111) being provided with an injector interface (112) substantially matching a needleless injector (I), the elastic sealing component (2) being arranged within the cap body (1) and being provided with a pressure-bearing head (21), a pressure-actuated body (22) and a pressure-bearing base (23) in a sequentially connected manner, the pressure-bearing head (21) being provided with a sealing portion (211), the sealing portion (211) substantially sealing the injector interface (112), a side of the pressure-bearing head (21) being formed with a gap portion (212), a flow space (S1) being provided between an outer surface of the pressure-actuated body (22) and an inner surface of the cap body (1). When the needleless injector (I) is removed, a positive pressure is produced via the elastic sealing component (2) by resilience produced due to deformation, so that it is difficult for an injection infusion or venous blood to flow back, thereby preventing the problem of an indwelling needle (500) becoming blocked. |
