PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method for accurately and simply evaluating the spontaneous ignition property of a low-quality coal with a small amount of sample.SOLUTION: A sample (low-quality coal) 3 is put into a reaction tank 5, temperature rise heating is performed in an electric furnace 2 for heating to consecutively measure CO, COgenerated from the low-quality coal, and then the spontaneous ignition property of the low-quality coal is evaluated by change of the generation amount of consecutively measured CO, COwith respect to heating temperature. Since the ignition (combustion) of the low-quality coal can be confirmed, an extremely effective parameter for selection of an actual processing condition can be provided. |
