摘要 The present invention relates to an agent or method for increasing the amount of light to be transmitted by a light-transmitting substrate or to a method for increasing the amount of light to be reflected by a light-transmitting substrate, the agent or methods including or using (1) an inorganic silicon compound and (2a) titanium oxide and/or (2b) an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal or a compound thereof. Thus, the amount of light to be transmitted or reflected by a substrate can be increased through an easy method which is applicable regardless of the material or shape of the substrate.
