摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the withdrawal of a customer as much as possible by appropriately selecting withdrawing customers for promotion execution.SOLUTION: A promotion management system includes: a withdrawal probability calculation part 11 for, on the basis of purchase history data of customers stored in a purchase history storage part 20, calculating withdrawal probability indicating the degree of withdrawal without repurchasing merchandise for each customer; and a withdrawing customer selection part 12 for, on the basis of the calculated withdrawal probability, selecting withdrawing customers as the execution target of promotion. The withdrawal probability indicating the possibility of withdrawal is calculated as an index under the consideration of the purchase cycle of each customer and the change of purchase quantity so that withdrawal probability indicating a risk of stopping to make a purchase can be calculated for each customer with high accuracy. Thus, the withdrawing customers can be more appropriately selected on the basis of the withdrawal probability.
