1. A mobile radio communications device communications system, the mobile radio communications device comprising:
a non-access-stratum layer (NAS) and an access-stratum layer (AS); at least one processor configured to retrieve, from a Universal Subscriber Identity Module (USIM), at least one of an Allowed closed subscriber group (CSG) list and an Operator CSG list, and to indicate, to a user, available closed subscriber groups to allow the user to make a manual selection of an available closed subscriber group; and storage configured to store closed subscriber group information, the stored closed subscriber group information including information configured as a whitelist of closed subscriber group identities, wherein the whitelist is provided by the NAS to the AS, wherein the NAS is configured to update the contents of the CSG whitelist when the contents of the CSG whitelist have changed, and wherein when an attempt is made to register in a cell of a closed subscriber group chosen by the user, and the registration attempt is accepted, the identity of the closed subscriber group is added to the Allowed CSG list, unless an identity is already present in the list. |
