POSITIONING PIN, POSITIONING DEVICE, AND POSITION CORRECTION METHOD

A positioning pin (10, 20), a positioning device (100) and a method for position correction of a glass substrate (90). The positioning pin comprises a contact component (110), an elastic component (120), and a sensor (130). The contact component (110) is used for being in contact with one side of a glass substrate. A first end of the elastic component is connected to the contact component and receives counter-acting force that comes from the glass substrate and that is transferred by the contact component, so that the elastic component is compressed. A second end of the elastic component is fixed. The sensor is fixed to the second end of the elastic component. The contact component is configured to move along with the compression action of the elastic component and trigger an "ON" state of the sensor after moving to a preset position, so that the elastic component stops the compression action. The positioning device comprises a first positioning rod (191) and a second positioning rod (192). One or more positioning pins are fixed on the first positioning rod and the second positioning rod. The present invention has the advantages of being accurate in positioning, safe and simple in use, and suitable for glass substrates of different sizes.
