Disclosed are an aryl propionic acid compound and pharmaceutical use thereof. The present invention prepares a series of derivatives such as phosphate, sulfonate, carbonate, and amino acid esters by taking the most active alcohol metabolite of loxoprofen in a metabolic process as a parent nucleus. The obtained derivatives can enhance anti-inflammatory and analgesic drug effects, alleviate the toxic reaction, and have excellent metabolic kinetic properties. Moreover, gastrointestinal stimulation caused by drugs is greatly reduced, the drug use compliance of a patient is improved, and the aryl propionic acid compound is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drug.
