The present invention provides a medical aid design production system comprising an aid design creation system configured to: generate reference point information using a mark point marked on a 3D appearance image of a body part of the body on which an aid is to be worn; generate a reference model including appearance information of the 3D image and the reference point information; and create the design of the aid by mapping a selected aid design template to the reference model on the basis of the reference point information, wherein the reference point information includes information on a joint reference point for the joint axis of the body part.
