A process for the manufacture of planar transformers and planar transformer manufactured in accordance therewith. <??>The planar transformer comprises a sequence of windings in a stack comprising a variable number of printed circuit winding boards and copper windings, punched from sheet or windings, with interleaved insulating laminar members in contact with all the surfaces of the coils and of variable thickness to adjust the gaps between the windings, the windings being connected together by means of connecting pins fixed thereto and comprising a single block so that all the stacked laminar members may be embedded in a single mass of insulating resin which covers the assembly of stacked members externally and which is introduced into the horizontal gaps between the windings. <IMAGE> |
