PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately and easily visualize cost reduction effects in the case of using a transmission management system.SOLUTION: A transmission management system for controlling communication to be performed between a plurality of transmission terminals includes: a reception part for receiving first identification information for identifying a transmission terminal and second identification information for identifying a communication participant from each transmission terminal; a specification part for specifying the nearest station corresponding to the received first identification information on the basis of information in which the first identification information is associated with the nearest station; an acquisition part for transmitting the nearest station corresponding to each transmission terminal to a search engine which searches travel expenses and/or travel time, and for acquiring the travel expenses and/or travel time between the nearest stations from the search engine; a calculation part for calculating the travel expenses and/or travel time to be spent on reduction costs on the basis of the number of the second identification information of each transmission terminal and the acquired travel expenses and/or travel time; and a storage part for storing the calculated travel expenses and/or travel time for each communication. |
