This adhesive sheet is formed from an adhesive composition which contains: 100 parts by weight of (A) an acrylic resin that is a copolymer obtained from a monomer mixture which contains 95-99.9% by weight of a (meth)acrylic acid ester and 0.1-5% by weight of an unsaturated monomer having a polar functional group; 0.01-5 parts by weight of (B) a crosslinking agent; 0.2-8 parts by weight of (C) an ionic compound having an organic cation and a melting point of from 25°C to 50°C (inclusive); (D) a silane compound having a boiling point of 350°C or less; and (E) an organic solvent. This adhesive sheet is configured such that the weight ratio of silicon atoms derived from the silane compound (D) relative to the adhesive sheet is 160 mg/kg or more. |
