The present technology relates to an antenna and electronic equipment, whereby the antenna can be downsized. One or more standard coils including an opening part of a given size and one or more small coils including an opening part smaller in size than the opening part of the standard coil are connected electrically. A standard coil layer including the standard coil and a small coil layer including the small coil are stacked such that the opening part of the small coil lies within the opening part of the standard coil.
