PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealant film which exhibits excellent low adsorptivity and seal strength and is formed easily, and to provide a laminate and a packaging bag which are obtained by using the sealant film.SOLUTION: A sealant film has, at the least: a first polyolefin resin layer; a cyclic polyolefin resin composition layer laminated adjacently onto the first polyolefin resin layer; and a second polyolefin resin layer laminated adjacently onto the cyclic polyolefin resin composition layer; wherein a cyclic polyolefin resin composition includes a cyclic polyolefin resin, a polyethylene resin and a rubber component. A laminate and a packaging bag are obtained by using the sealant film. |
