A serviced apartment management system comprises a cloud reservation management unit (10), a room management unit (20), and a service management unit (30). The room management unit (20) and the service management unit (30) are connected to the cloud reservation management unit (10) by means of a network. The cloud reservation management unit (10) transmits corresponding room renting information to an owner end (40) by means of an owner port. The cloud reservation management unit (10) provides room reservation payment service for a customer end (50) by means of a reservation port. The system can push the sale status of a house of an owner, serving as a hotel room, to the owner, such that the owner clearly knows an own house occupancy rate and income, and clearly distinguishes two in-out modes namely customer check-in and room clean-up by means of a customer door card (311) and a cleaner door card (321), cheating behaviors of a hotel manager are prevented, and a fairer transaction is promoted. |
