A communication alarm device (1) for use in preventing a child from being lost. The device (1) comprises a microcontroller (10), a memory (11), a voice recognition unit (12), a positioning unit (13), and an alarm unit (14). The memory (11), the voice recognition unit (12), the positioning unit (13), and the alarm unit (14) respectively are electrically connected onto the microcontroller (10). The voice recognition unit (12) detects in real-time a voice signal transmitted by a child and recognizes a child distress signal from the voice signal on the basis of child distress coded data stored in the memory (11). The microcontroller (10) activates, on the basis of the child distress signal, the positioning unit (13) to position geographic location information of the child. The alarm unit (14) generates alarm information comprising the specific geographic location of the child and automatically transmits the alarm information to a monitoring center platform of the police to alert the police. Insofar as the child is in an unsafe condition, this helps the child to transmit as soon as possible the distress signal in a covert manner making it difficult for a criminal to discover. |
