The present invention relates to a probe for detecting drug-resistant bacteria in a sample, a composition comprising same, a kit, and a detection method. A compound according to an aspect of the present invention and a probe including same enable β-lactamase or ESBL to be detected with high sensitivity, and thus the present invention can be applied to various biochemical studies. In addition, unlike the typical method based on a pH indicator, antibiotic-resistant bacteria can be clinically detected and an antibiotic-resistant bacterial infection can be molecularly diagnosed. Also, antibiotic-resistant bacteria from a target sample can be analyzed with high sensitivity. Therefore, the present invention can be effectively applied to medicinal uses such as in vitro diagnosis. |
