AVOIDANCE OF TEXTILE WRINKLES

The problem addressed by the invention is that of reducing the wrinkling tendency of a cotton textile or other cellulosic textile by a method that can be applied in the home. This is achieved by bringing the textile into contact with a water-based polyurethane dispersion as defined herein and then increasing the temperature of the textile to above the glass transition temperature of the polyurethane. The invention also relates to the polyurethane dispersions, products containing same and the use thereof.
