PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device capable of improving stability of a circuit operation.SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device comprises: a photoelectric conversion element (10); detection means (30) for detecting the potential of a node of the photoelectric conversion element; feedback means (40) for feeding back a feedback signal from the detection means to the node of the photoelectric conversion element; and current amplifying means (50) for amplifying an output current of the feedback means. The current amplifying means has a resistive impedance element between a current input node and a reference potential node. |
