PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a duct-inserted sheet pad which improves quality and productivity of the sheet pad further by preventing a foaming raw material from invading into a duct from an air suction port in both a foaming molding step and a step of injecting the foaming raw material, in inserting a duct and molding, with foaming, a sheet pat integrally.SOLUTION: A method of producing a duct-inserted sheet pad in which a wind duct 2 is embedded comprises: setting a wind duct 2 having an air suction port 26e and an air exhaust port 25a in a lower mold 7a of a foaming molding mold 7; sealing the air suction port 26e directed upward by the setting with a seal tape 4; injecting a foaming material m and closing the mold; finishing integral foaming molding of a sheet pad 1 which is inserted with the duct 2 sealed with the seal tape 4; removing the mold; and then peeling the seal tape 4 to open the air suction port 26e. |
