An electric ion filter for a sensor for measuring extremely low concentration levels of air ions, which is formed by the body (8) with the active part (2) and the entrance part (3), while the electric ion filter is interconnected with the connecting element (6) to the entrance part (3), that shows permeable points (4), and on it, there is arranged the element (5) of changes to ion movement, and where, on the internal wall of the body (8) of the filter in the place as the active part (2), there is applied at least one layer (9) of a material, whose conductivity is from 0.1 to 100 000 S/m, while in the entire area of the body (8) or its part (2), there is arranged the system (10) consisting of at least one metal partition (4a). |
