PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an environment control device capable of switching a normal cooling operation and a refrigerant pressure control operation, and lowering a lower limit of cooling/dehumidifying capacities in executing the refrigerant pressure control operation.SOLUTION: A cooling device 30 is provided with a second expansion valve 15 (downstream-side squeezing means) at a downstream side of an evaporator 13. An expansion valve bypass channel 17 bypassing the second expansion valve 15 (downstream-side squeezing means) is disposed, and an on-off valve 16 is disposed in the expansion valve bypass channel 17. A hot gas bypass circuit 31 is disposed in the cooling device 30, and a refrigerant gas discharged from a compressor 10 is led to a downstream side of a first expansion valve 12. A refrigerant temperature is monitored by first refrigerant temperature detecting means (refrigerant state monitoring means) 40, and a lower limit of an opening of the first expansion valve 12 is restricted when the temperature is a prescribed temperature or more. |
