Handle assembly for power tool

A handle assembly for a power tool is disclosed. The handle assembly comprises a base (6) adapted to be mounted to a body of a power tool, and a handle (4) having first and second mounting portions (16) pivotably mounted to respective ends of the base. An elongate torsion spring (18) has a first part (20) mounted to the base and a respective second part (22) mounted to each mounting portion such that pivoting of the handle relative to the base member causes twisting of the torsion member to resiliently oppose pivoting of the handle relative to the base portion.
