PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants type disposable diaper in which the fitness of the leg periphery can be easily adjusted.SOLUTION: An underpants type disposable diaper includes outer bodies 20, 50 and 60, and an inner body 10. In width-direction intermediate portions on an abdominal side and width-direction intermediate portions on a back side in the outer bodies 20, 50 and 60, an abdominal-side inner body penetrating portion 71 and a back-side inner body penetrating portion 72 which penetrate from the inside to the outside are formed, respectively. On a surface of a front end and a surface of a rear end of the inner body, attaching/detaching portions 73 attachable and detachable to and from outer surfaces of the outer bodies 20, 50 and 60 are provided, respectively. A front side and a rear side of the inner body 10 are passed from the inside of the outer bodies 20, 50 and 60 through the abdominal-side inner body penetrating portion 71 and the back-side inner body penetrating portion 72 and extended to the outside of the outer bodies 20, 50 and 60, and the attaching/detaching portions 73 of the front end and the rear end are detachably attached to the outer surfaces of the outer bodies 20, 50 and 60, respectively. |
