Provided is a wire harness system which inhibits an increase in size of an electrical connection box by not disposing a switching element and a fuse element in the electrical connection box. A wire harness system (11) is provided with: a wire harness (13) which is provided to a vehicle (10), and provided with an electrical wire bundle (18) in which a plurality of electrical wires (17) are bound; electrical equipment (14) electrically connected to the wire harness (13); and a switching unit (21) which is electrically connected to the wire harness (13), which is directly or indirectly attached to the electrical wire bundle (18), and which is provided with a switching element (22) for interrupting and allowing the passage of current to the electrical equipment (14). The switching unit (21) is further provided with a fuse element (39) for inhibiting the flow of excess current to the electrical equipment (14) or the electrical wires (17). |
