PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiological imaging device in which a light source for radiating refresh light does not cause radiation reaching a radiation detection panel to be attenuated.SOLUTION: A radiation image photographing device 1a includes: a radiation detection panel 12 having an optical conversion element 122 formed on a substrate 121 and a fluorescent body 123 for converting radiation to visible light; a light source 18 for emitting refresh light for correcting a feature of the radiation detection panel 12; and a casing 11 which has a radiation incident area 112 to which radiation is made incident and accommodates the radiation detection panel 12 therein; wherein the radiation detection panel 12 is provided so that a spacing 17 is formed between itself and the radiation incident area 112; on a side of the radiation incident area 112 facing a substrate 121, a reflection surface 5 for reflecting the refresh light is provided. |
