A braking system (100, 200, 300) is provided. The braking system (100, 200, 300) may comprise a brake stack (114) and an electromechanical actuator (102, 202, 302) mechanically coupled to the brake stack (114). A first hydraulic chamber (110, 211, 314) may also be mechanically coupled to the brake stack (114) and in fluid communication with a first piston of the electromechanical actuator (102, 202, 302). A second piston may be in fluid communication with the first hydraulic chamber (110, 211, 314).
