PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat capable of being stored in a storage part formed on a vehicle body floor while a seat back overlaps with a seat cushion, in which the seat back can be easily raised with respect to the seat cushion.SOLUTION: A vehicle seat can be moved to a storage position of being stored in a recess part C1 formed on the floor of a vehicle body C while a seat back S2 overlaps with a seat cushion S1 by turning the seat cushion S1 backward from a normal position with a seating surface directed upward. The vehicle seat includes a lock mechanism 30 locking an outer seat back S21 to the seat cushion S1 when the outer seat back S21 overlaps with the seat cushion S1. The lock mechanism 30 is configured so as to release the locking of the outer seat back S21 when a load larger than a prescribed load is applied to the outer seat back S21 in a direction of separating from the seat cushion S1. |
