A gateway device (102) comprises: a monitoring interface (111) that communicates with a monitoring device (101); a call control interface (112) that communicates with a plurality of subordinate base stations (103); and a CPU that, upon receiving batch configuration instructions from the monitoring device (101) via the monitoring interface (111), converts the protocol of the batch configuration instructions to generate configuration instructions in a format adapted to the call control interface (112) between the base stations (103), and transmits the generated configuration instructions to the plurality of base stations (103) via the call control interface (112). The CPU divides the plurality of base stations (103) into predetermined groups and transmits the configuration instructions to each group of base stations (103) in a different time period. |
