PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil separation structure of an internal combustion engine capable of effectively separating oil mist from blow-by gas by preventing oil mist in an oil pan from flowing back from an oil drain passage to a blow-by gas passage.SOLUTION: An oil separation structure of an engine 1 includes an oil drain passage 20 of which one end communicates with an oil drain hole 42A and the other end communicates with an opening part 78 opened to an oil pan 5. A partition wall has a communication hole through which blow-by gas circulates.
