PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of and to downsize an entire manufacturing line of a belt-like body.SOLUTION: A heat-exchange controlling apparatus 15 is used in a manufacturing line 14 of a belt-like body 12 that manufactures a belt-like body 12 through conveying the belt-like body 12 rolling in contact with conveyance rolls. At least one of the conveyance rolls is composed of a heating roll (heat-exchange roll) 16 that gives heat to the belt-like body 12 or takes heat from the belt-like body 12. Sub rolls 36-39 are arranged at a location where a minimum distance Ms1 between a belt-like body 12A on an entrance side of the heating roll 16 and a belt-like body 12B on an exit side thereof is smaller than a roll diameter D1 of the heat-exchange roll 16. |
