In the case where a member to be changed being a change object in the received change instruction executes a restricted job, whether to continue to execute the restricted job is determined on the basis of a specific condition. That is, if the specific condition is satisfied, completion change processing is executed, and if the specific condition is not satisfied, execution stop of the restricted job is instructed and non-completion change processing is executed. |
