A cartridge filter includes vertical housing with a bottom and a removable cover, supply and drainage nozzles, filter element, wherein supply and drainage nozzles are located coaxially, at right angle to the axis of the vertical housing and are tightly secured to the vertical housing. The removable cover has two similar troughs in the form of half of hollow cylinder with two shoulders on the internal wall with semiring shape. Herein some shoulders of each trough are located in the ring groove made on external side wall at the top end of the vertical housing, while other shoulders of each trough enclose the disk installed on end face of the vertical housing. U-clamp is hinged at both ends of single trough, it encloses by flanges the second trough, wherein the hinge axles are located along the troughs. At free ends of each clamp the holes are drilled through flanges and ends of the second trough, wherein rod with end bent at blunt angle is inserted in holes of each clamp. A ring groove is made in end face of the vertical housing, it has O-ring. At least four guide plates for the troughs are welded to external side wall of the vertical housing. U-shape handle made of rod is welded to the external side wall of each trough. The filter element by top part is inserted with the possibility of lock against axial movement in round hole of flat partition. It is located at right angle to axis of the vertical housing, and is made in the form of disk with the shoulder in the form of isoscales triangle, by round side is welded to the internal side wall of the vertical housing above the drainage nozzle. The shoulder of the flat partition is oriented towards the supply nozzle. The disk sector with the opening in the form of the isoscales triangle is welded by round side to the internal side wall of the vertical housing under the supply nozzle. One end face of V-bent plate is welded to ribs of the shoulder of the flat partition. The second end face of V-bent plate is secured to the disk sector ribs similarly to the first end face. By side ribs V-bent plate is welded to the internal side wall of the vertical housing. |
