PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reduction of motivation in rehabilitation.SOLUTION: A rehabilitation support system according to the invention comprises: past patient information storage means for storing, for a plurality of past patients, observation history information including observation information per prescribed unit, progress information that is associated with a recovery state and includes at least a time series element, and basic attribute information; subject patient information storage means for storing, for a subject patient, progress information and basic attribute information; next stage prediction means for predicting, on the basis of the progress information and basic attribute information pertaining to past patients and the subject patient, the number of prescribed units and the number of times action is performed as required for the subject patient to proceed to a next state; similar patient extraction means for extracting a past patient who most resembles the subject patient on the basis of the prediction result and the progress information and basic attribute information pertaining to past patients and the subject patient; and predicted observation information output means for predicting and outputting future observation information that pertains to the subject patient using observation history information that pertains to the extracted past patient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
