A brewing assembly includes a fluid reservoir and a pump operatively connected to the fluid reservoir to assist in delivering fluid from the fluid reservoir through a fluid circuit. A primary heater is in fluid communication with and downstream of the fluid reservoir to heat fluid prior to brewing. A heat exchanger is operatively connected downstream of the primary heater to cool fluid after brewing.
