The present invention relates to the technical field of photobiology. Disclosed are a photobioreactor used for algae cultivation, and an algae cultivation system. The photobioreactor comprises: a reactor main body, a separation unit, and a first ventilation device. The reactor main body has a sealed bottom and an irregular tubular shape, and is made from a transparent material. The separation unit is located within the reactor main body, and divides the reactor main body into two spaces, a left space and a right space, a top portion and a bottom portion of the separation unit being provided with channels for connecting the two spaces. The first ventilation device is connected to a bottom portion of either space of the reactor main body, and ventilates upwards. The algae cultivation system comprises the photobioreactor, the first ventilation device, and a ventilation pipe temperature control system, the photobioreactor being connected to the first ventilation device via a gas-liquid heat exchanger immersed in an insulation pool. Introducing compressed air or a carbon dioxide-containing gas having a determined temperature into the photobioreactor not only causes algal cells to be mixed, but also has the effect of regulating the temperature of an algae solution. |
