A portable exercise apparatus comprising a container 2, a frame 34 and a lid (4, figure 1). The frame and lid fit inside the container. The container acts as a floor contacting base for the frame and the frame may be locked into the container. When the frame is locked into the container it can be used for exercise, and when unlocked the frame can be stowed in the container. The frame may have a single or two upright poles 36 and a horizontal pole 16, either of which may be telescopic. The frame may be hinged to allow folding and alternative orientations. The container may have roller wheels (6, figure 1) for movement, which may rotate through 90 degrees to form feet. The apparatus may have a dock for an electronic device such as a phone, a display, a tracking unit or an audio means. |
