PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pipe built-in component having an anticorrosion fluid pipe including small bending angle of 90° or lower that cannot be formed by a bending work and a process of manufacture of a fluid pipe used in the fluid pipe built-in component.SOLUTION: As a fluid pipe of a fluid pipe built-in component, at first, a second tube structure component 11 and a first tube structure raw material 23 are formed. The second tube structure component 11 is formed by cutting a stainless steel plate into a prescribed planar shape. The first tube structure raw material 23 is made by cutting a stainless steel plate to form a groove 9c. Then, step parts 23a are formed at both sides of the groove 9c in its width direction. The second tube structure component 11 is mounted on the step parts 23a of the first tube structure raw material 23. The first tube structure raw material 23 and the second tube structure component 11 are welded and connected to each other. The first tube structure raw material 23 is cut and processed to form a first tube structure component 9 having a prescribed planar shape and to make a fluid pipe. |
